Winder Powering Northern Ireland
Winder Electrical are celebrating this month after signing a major new contract with loyal clients, leading Irish electricity utility, Northern Ireland Electricity plc (NIE).
The three-year, £5 million contract contract, which commences at the end of June is for the supply and delivery of bespoke 33kV transformers, made to the client's specification.
NIE is responsible for the regulated transmission and distribution of electricity to 790,000 homes and businesses in Northern Ireland. NIE has also played an important role in promoting an all-island electricity market in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
